Really bad antenatal care. The midwife and the doctor have negative opinions on birth and don’t provide you with any education other than QR codes for basic government advice on diet etc. They omit a lot of very important information-if you don’t do your own research and have questions ready, they won’t mention anything to you, such as risks of an epidural or what to consider for a birth plan (I was told don’t have one which is ridiculous). Don’t expect the answers that you do get to be informative or unbiased. Every time I left an appointment I didn’t feel good or positive about the advice/care I received. They also both run late, especially the OB by hours and hours, plus his room is untidy and dirty. I do not recommend this practice.
I’ve been going to see dr Jose for all of my babies. I don’t mind the wait because I know that I’m getting quality care and the reason he runs behind is because he doesn’t rush his patients and takes his time to talk to them about their concerns. So glad I get to have him with my 4 kids — even better is that he delivered me as a baby ❤️
I live over an hr away and travel just to see dr Menon. He looked after my last pregnancy and was the only 1 taking me seriously with my symptoms. I'm now pregnant again and went and saw him. He listened and provided everything I needed and got my iron infusions set up when king Edward haven't even seen me yet even tho I'm high risk with t2 diabetes.
Yes it's far but I have not ever found another doctor as good as him! Highly recommended dr Ashwin!
As he's now gone for awhile I see his beautiful wife and she has continued to look after my health and listen to what I actually need. She's so amazing!
I see Dr Pogson as my GP and she has overseen my first pregnancy and now my second. She is great, listens and cares. The staff are all friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend
Dr Jose and midwife Grace are amazing but not happy with my experience waiting today. Phoned up half an hour prior to appt (as told to do as he normally runs slightly late) and was told to come down. After over an hour and a half wait whilst being extremely unwell (spending the whole night at the hospital), find out I was never even checked in. These things happen but I didn’t even get an apology and was just told ‘this is why we say to call ahead’.

Shocking appointment setters don’t know who runs this joint but maybe sort out your schedule. Hire some new people or something. Waiting over 2 hours from time booked. If the appointment isn’t at the specified time don’t book it. Simple.
